How the numbers work. Ranked over the last 2 years of filings (members with at least 3 disclosures in the window). Volume = the sum of each trade's disclosed dollar bucket midpoint (filings report ranges, not exact amounts). Avg buy return = the average close→close move of the underlying stock since the trade date across a member's disclosed buys that we can price (count shown in parentheses) — it is not position-size-weighted, not a realized P&L, and ignores options and sales.
