Try before you pay
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial of Pro. No payment method is required and you are never charged during it. When the trial ends your account returns to the free tier unless you choose to add a payment method to keep Pro. A free tier is also available so you can evaluate the dashboard with no card at all.
Subscription billing
- Pro is billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- You can switch to a longer plan — monthly to annual — from your account. The change is prorated: the unused time on your current plan is credited and you pay only the difference. General plan management is also available in the Stripe billing portal.
- We'll always show the price before you confirm a subscription. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time — no email or phone call required:
- Go to your account page.
- Choose to cancel. We ask for an optional reason and may show a one-time discount to stay — skip it and continue.
- Confirm the cancellation in the Stripe billing portal.
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free tier. We do not automatically prorate or refund the remainder of a paid period on cancellation (see refunds below).
Refunds
Because the Service provides immediate, ongoing access to digital content, fees are generally non-refundable. That said, we want you to be satisfied:
- 7-day free trial (new accounts). Each account gets one 7-day free trial of Pro, with no payment method required. Nothing is charged unless you add a payment method and subscribe — so you can try the full product at no cost. If you add a payment method during the trial, or start it with a promotional code (which collects one at checkout), the first charge is taken when the trial ends; cancel before then and you are not charged. Once you subscribe, the terms below apply.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a renewal after a confirmed cancellation — let us know and we'll make it right.
- Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period begins, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't wish to continue. We may grant discretionary refunds for unused renewals on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email support@stocksetups.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Refund request.” Include the date of the charge and a brief reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above and apply to purchases made after the change. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
